Just wanted to thank all the staff here at the park Of Southern Hills in Concord NC. The news guys from Texas are such hard workers and get most everything done in one day. They work so hard and are so nice. And Tammi is great she works hard to to make sure her residence are happy. Thank you all😍

If you're looking for a home in a community that is well maintained, cared for, with amazing and attentive management, look no further than ParkLand Ventures!! I have had nothing but amazing experiences with ParkLand owned communities and will always recommend them to all of my family and friends! The quality and standard of living that they provide is exceptional and will always make you feel at home, as one should! You can definitely notice the difference when it comes to a ParkLand managed community vs. any other. All management in communities are always tentative to your needs and concerns are always addressed in a timely and organized manner and something like this is a rarity nowadays. ParkLand will always be my go-to and number one choice!

Parkland Ventures has some of the best communities that I have lived in! They hold their managers and communities to the upmost quality of service. They are always keeping the community clean and constantly working to improve the community . From bringing in new properties to always constantly investing their time and making sure that everything is well taken care of! You couldn't ask more from a company like Parkland Ventures, they are always there to help, and make sure that you have the best quality of life living there you could ever expect!

I have lived in Siesta Manor for 16 years, I have experienced good and what were they thinking managers. Over the years I have learn the best way is communication, I have been wrote up for letting my lawn or property getting crazy looking and if I can’t take care of it in the amount of time giving I just call down to the office and explain what is going on and they always are willing to work with you. Key here is communication, they can’t read our minds and they don’t know everything going on in our lives. Since Kathy has been our manager I have noticed a big change in the community she has taken this place and turned it around. I was one who had let my yard and porch go due to life and when I received my notice and cleaned up everything I felt better and was proud again. Siesta Manor is a great place to live! Great people live in here. I’m really loving the new homes they are bringing in instead of seeing empty pads lots. Thanks again Kathy for being a amazing manager!

I would like to say this park i live in the last 4 years hasn't been bad I mean pool and a park and everyone has background checks so feel safe. Complaints I have are as follows. Rent for what we get especially this year with no pool because of covid 19 is over priced if I could move my trailer for cheap I would there's a park down the road thats only close to 300 a month. 2nd thing is speed bumps the park won't get rid of them even though they destroy are suspension have both vehicles repaired and aligned every year. And the ambulance and fire trucks have to slow down when they drive threw witch seems to me a safety issue. Also for the cost idk why we don't have cameras at park entrance or gates cause we have had break ins the last year. But the new trailer park manager is a plus she has been getting park cleaned up and got rid of a homeless problem in creek behind park finally when 2 other managers never did. We have became more of a community it seems since she has been over the park by doing events and other things. She always answers the phone or calls back and works with us on violation corrections. At first I didn't like her but once we have talked and understood each other and found out she's trying to fix and clean up the park I started understanding I have referred 2 ppl in last year if it was a bad park I wouldn't of done that. So in total glad I live in the community and also glad the manager is now a actually manager. I will edit this review if they improve things like speed bumps wish they had speed humps instead or nothing.
